*What carrier/method do you use?
-Generally, we ship via the United States Postal Service's GLOBAL EXPRESS service which features insurance tracking. It reaches most worldwide locations within 2-8 business days (from the time of mailing) days pending clearance through domestic dispatch and international customs. Available to 95% of locations. This is our preferred method of shipment.
-Another alternative from the United States Postal Service is GLOBAL PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. This is generally used for smaller orders when time is less of an issue. Tracking information is not advanced and it usually takes between 10-14 business days. Available to certain countries and on certain orders/items only.
-When you need your items quickly or with date-certain delivery...we are happy to ship via UPS INTERNATIONAL. UPS reaches most European locations within 2-3 business days and often can ship overnight to most Canadian provinces. On average, costs are 10-35% higher than GLOBAL EXPRESS. Available to all countries.
*How do I determine shipping charges?
As far as shipping costs are concerned, please place your order with us first at www.bigmen.com. Shipping charges will be automatically added in after your order is placed.
