*What carrier/method do you use?
-We recommend United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express or Global Priority Air Mail as the least expensive and most reliable form of service. Pending customs clearance and international dispatch, Global Express arrives to most locations within 3-5 business days. Global Priority Air Mail arrives to most locations within 6-10 business days. Each level of service is not available to every location. Please call or e-mail us for detailed information regarding your shipping charges as they are determined on an individual basis as every international package is different. Costs can vary due to destination, value of goods, level of service, and weight/box volume.
-When you need your items quickly or with date certain delivery, we offer FedEx International PRIORITY or ECONOMY service. The cost of FedEx shipments are substantially higher than the United States Postal Service rates and requires customer payment of brokerage fees upon delivery. Please contact us for information specific to your shipment.
*How do I determine shipping charges?
The flat fee of $11.95 is ONLY available to domestic ground shipments in the United States. These charges cover insurance and handling fees for all international orders and will be included on every invoice. International shipping rates are set by both the United States Postal Service and FedEx International and depend on the weight, value, size of your parcel as well as the level of service. We will automatically add the least expensive shipment option charge to your order. IMPORTANT: If you have a preference of shipping method or need to have your items by a certain date, please note so under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS when checking out at Bigmen.com or contact us before placing your order.
*What about taxes, duties, exchange rates, and customs fees?
Customers are responsible for ALL taxes, duties, exchange rates, and customs fees. All shipments are billed in US dollars - please contact your issuing bank for additional information.
