Worn, washed or otherwise unsaleable clothing or shoes will be returned to the purchaser.
Altered clothing is refundable only at discretion of mangement. Monogrammed clothing is final sale.
Customers are responsible for returned postage costs as well as shipping costs. Postage is only refundable at the discretion of management.
