*Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, in 70 years of business we have shipped to all seven continents and over 150 countries!
*What carrier/method do you use for international shipping? What are the charges? We recommend United States Postal Service’s (USPS) Global Priority, Global Express, or First Class shipping options, as they are insured, trackable, and the most affordable shipping methods. USPS options are available to most countries. Pending customs clearance and international dispatch, Global Express arrives to most locations within 3 to 5 business days. Global Priority Air Mail arrives to most locations within 4 to 10 business days. International shipping charges are determined on an individual basis, as costs can vary by weight and size of parcel, country of destination, value of goods, and level of service. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically process your order for the lowest cost shipping method, intending to save you whatever shipping charges we can. If you would like to know specific shipping options available for your individual order, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will be happy to provide the information.
*What if I must have the items by a certain date?
If you need your items with date certain delivery, we also offer FedEx, UPS, and DHL International shipping, which can reach many international locations within 2 to 3 business days and to Canada overnight. If you elect to ship via FedEx, DHL, or UPS International, they will impose additional brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your individual country’s import and delivery policies for additional information.
*What about taxes, duties, exchange rates, and customs fees?
Customers are responsible for ALL taxes, duties, exchange rates, customs fees, and any other associated delivery charges imposed in their own countries.
SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERED ITEMS, AND SEASONAL GOODS
Because we offer the world’s largest selection of big and tall clothing and footwear, some items may need to be special ordered for you if they are not immediately available when your order is placed. Some orders also require specialty alterations. These factors may extend the delivery date of your order. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you have a time sensitive requirement for your order (i.e., a wedding, funeral, trip, etc.). We will endeavor to keep you informed of any unanticipated delays.
