Refunds:
Internet and phone orders must be returned to our store for refund within 21 calendar days of when the order was delivered. Store credit will be issued for goods returned after 21 calendar days. To receive a store credit, merchandise must be returned back to our store within 45 days of when the order was delivered. Merchandise returned after this 45 period is not eligible for store credit or refund. Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) purchased. Goods altered outside of our tailoring department are nonreturnable and ineligible for exchange.
A form for refunds and exchanges may be found on the top bar of our homepage. Please complete the form, and enclose it in your return or exchange package. Please be sure all contact information is complete. If you have a copy of your store invoice or gift receipt, please include that in the package.
Worn or washed clothing and shoes deemed unsalable by management will be returned to the purchaser and are ineligible for either return or exchange. Sales of monogrammed clothing are final. Domestic and international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returned postage costs. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees (if required) related to their delivery. Please consult your individual country’s policies for additional information.
Packages shipped in good faith to either domestic or international customers that are refused by the recipient and subsequently returned to our store are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges for the return will be deducted from any issued refund.
Purchases made by theater/movie/entertainment companies are subject to individual restocking fees and special conditions based upon their individual orders; please contact customer service before placing your order for specific details.
Due to the high volume of shipments, most refunds will be processed within 30 business days of their return shipping date. We appreciate your patience. Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original card. Purchases made by check or money order will be refunded via a corporate check.

Exchanges:
To expedite processing for exchanges, please write EXCHANGE on the outside of your returned package. Please use the “Return/Exchange Form” when sending back your merchandise for exchange to allow us to process your request as quickly as possible. If you have received a gift, please include a copy of the gift receipt and the name/telephone of the purchasing individual. Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed to the original purchaser’s credit card; please inform us if you wish that to be changed.
